LI: To share our Chromebook tips with LS2

A SLAM is a presentation where the presenters have one minute to talk and share a Chromebook tip. This was durring our cybersmart lesson. We done a SLAM to teach other people more shortcuts and ways too see the shortcuts. For example I done a shortcut on how to reload a tab quickly. We also had to use the colours of the google icon.

I really enjoyed this activty because  I had a chance to share a short that people can use a lot for mistakes.

Cybersmart

For cybersmart we learned Arrest the Effects of Media Manipulation.

We used our knowledge to find out if the photo is fake and the people who made it wanted money or it is real. We also had to answer a question like this why do you think TV Guide decided to create a Frankenstein version of Oprah? Why didn’t they just use a regular photo of her? and our answer was,  the reason why they made a fake photo is because they wanted money from people buying the TV guide.

We found this activity challanging because we had to find out clues to see if it is fake.

Media

LI: To understand disinformation and misinformation to media.
In my opinion I think that this is an disinformation because it is fake advertisement.

A disinformation is information thats not fake but could be accidently posted.

A misinformation is information thats fake but the people who posted it just posted it to get a lot of money and also the ruin others reputations such as celebreties.

This is misinformation because billie eilish didn’t post this and the people makers told news that she didn’t post this.
